WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY？

We hope you love Sunniside Beauty as much as we do! But if you don’t, that’s okay too. If for any reason you wish to return eligible, unopened, unused products purchased from sunnisideusa.com you may do so by shipping the goods back within 30-days of the delivery date for store credit. Sunniside Beauty does not conduct exchanges at this time. 

To set up your return please email hellosunniside@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN？

Once your order arrives back to our warehouse it will be processed within seven business days and store credit will be issued.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH THE CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER AND REFUND?

If you no longer wish to receive your order after placing it, please email hellosunniside@gmail.com with your order number, and items you wish to cancel, and we can try our best to cancel it for you. However, our warehouse processes orders very quickly therefore it is not always possible.

If we cancel the order successfully, the refund will be processed within 48 hrs and will be issued.

HELP! MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

Sunniside is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct.  If the address provided was correct, contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page).  After describing the situation and providing tracking, they will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

HELP! MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR BROKEN?

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each product goes through a rigorous quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product upon delivery, please email hellosunniside@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.

NOTE: Sunniside Beauty has extremely high-quality control standards. Each set is checked 3 times before it ships to help avoid these issues. We will not process refunds or exchanges on worn merchandise.
